Lucky Eight is dedicated to the mysterious and multi-layered art of storytelling. Whether for a 30 second promo, a fifteen-minute short, an hour-long documentary, or a feature film, it is our pledge to serve the story at hand by any means necessary. No detail will be left unexamined, no variation untested, and no surface unpolished (unless it serves the story to be so).

2007

FUN ON EARTH (INDEPENDENT)**MADE POSSIBLE BY THE PANAVISION EMERGING FILMMAKER GRANT**

BIO

JESSE GORDON was born in England and raised in Spain by American parents. He won his first award for storytelling at age 12 when his sci-fi short story, STUFF, won the LOOKOUT international story competition. He promptly spent all his prize money on a windsurfer. He holds an MFA in film from Columbia University (NY) but has been writing and directing professionally since before he graduated. As a writer/producer/director he has been responsible for over 40 advertising and promotion campaigns and over 25 hours of long-form content. He lives with his family in Topanga Canyon, California. He no longer windsurfs, but does a lot of other things - most story-related - instead.
